The Project German-Vietnamese Cooperation for the Competence Development of the Vietnamese Water Sector (DEVIWAs), sponsered by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) via SEQUA, has been implemented since July, 2013, aiming at improving capacity and role of VWSA, contributing to sustainable development of the water sector in Vietnam. Meeting the demand of training for improving human resources quality of VWSA's members, DEVIWAS Project is going to sponsor the VWSA to organized a Training course on Improving communication and dealing skills with customers for staffs at water supply and sewerage companies in the South.
